We lived next door to Aunty Marion and Uncle Walter ever since the houses were built in Ridgeway. Back then we always called our neighbours Aunty and Uncle because we were all so close and even though Im now 61 I still do.I remember Aunty Marion as a lovely gentle quietly spoken lady.One daft thing that always stays in my mind is when my mum used to ask me to ‘ go around to Aunty Marions and see if she has got a large potato we could borrow’ when we ran out ....and she always did.Happy memories x
